Huelva, here we come! Schedule


Our first project course will be taking place shortly, from the 24th to the 28th of May in Huelva and El Rompido, Spain.

As always, we are very excited to see each other again but also to learn and make great things together.

DAY 1. ARRIVAL.

The introduction meeting for this training course is appointed at 20:30 in El Rompido to share all the useful information needed.

Presentation of the Cultural Programme.

DAY 2. MODERN 2.0 COLLABORATIVE TOOLS

10.45 – 11.15 Break
11.15 – 12.30 Documentation management: Quip
12.30 – 13.00 Sharing. Group Conclusions. Debate.
13.00 End of the sessions (morning).

DAY 3. LOCAL GOOD PRACTICES: VISITS DAY.

9.30 – 10.00 Travel to Huelva
10.00 – 11.00 Visit to a technical school to see how they operate.
11.00 – 11.30 Break.
11.30 – 13.00 Andalucía Digital Engagement (Huelva).

DAY 4. CLOUD COMPUTING.

9.00 – 9.30 Review of topics covered the previous day. Exhibition Objectives Session.
9.30 – 10.45 Google Drive essentials (sharing and extension functions, Forms and My Maps).
10.45 – 11.15 Break.
11.15 – 12.30 Project management with Asana.
12.30 – 13.00 Sharing. Group Conclusions. Debate
